I am a charismatic chef with 17 years of experience. I was born in Lima, Peru. My adventure with cooking began at the age of 23, when I started working as a junior assistant to Daniel Isberg. Daniel was my first mentor who taught me many things and showed me the cooking world.
I have been deepening my professional experience for many years, initially I studied cooking at the prestigious university in Mexico City – Le Cordon Blue, then I graduated from Master Chef at the outstanding university BellaArt – La Escuela de Cocina y Pastelería” in Barcelona.
I have developed my professional experience in many prestigious restaurants and hotels in Sweden, Norway, Mexico and Barcelona, including:

History
of Paella
available in many variations. The recipe is
mainly based on a special rice called Bomba
with saffron, which is fried and cooked in a
metal pan with two handles called paeller.
The most important thing in making a paella is
the combination of ingredients. Above all, it is
not an easy task to prepare a perfect,
traditional paella.
Depending on the ingredients used, there are
e.g.: Paella Marinara (the most popular in
Spain), Paella Valenciana (the first traditional
recipe most commonly found in Valencia),
Paella with chicken, Paella with chorizo or
Paella with vegetables.

History
of Ceviche
2nd and 5th centuries, on the Peruvian coast, the
Mochica culture prepared ceviche based on
fresh fish, which was cooked with the juice of
a local fruit called tumbo. This dish was
cooked for the first time on the high seas. It
was halfway through the work, the fishermen
cut up the fish and cooked it in their boats
using only salt water.
When the Spaniards invaded the Andean
lands, without eating raw fish, they changed
the recipe to ceviche. They added lemon juice
to create a milky-colored marinade called
tiger's milk.

Cooking Workshops
Discover the culture of Spain or Peru in a unique way ... from the kitchen. Cooking with Chef Oscar.
It is an interesting way to get to know the culture and traditions of a country from the kitchen. No culinary experience is required to participate in these activities. The aim is to show that cooking does not have to be difficult and boring.
Especially for you we offer two types of lessons:
2) National Cultural Heritage of Peru: Ceviche Clásico, Ceviche Nikkei & Pisco
Classes will take place in my kitchen, where I cordially invite you, or I will be a guest in your house (kitchen). This class is cooking together one of the traditional dishes, learning the secrets of cooking and having fun at the same time.
You can join a group where you can meet new people like you who want to taste the true flavor of Spain or Peru that is enchanted in my dishes. If you have a group of friends, family or work colleagues, I can prepare a closed cooking workshop especially for you. It’s a great way to relieve the stress of everyday life, a cool form of holiday activities or an ideal way to integrate.
The workshop lasts from 2-2,5 hours. During our meeting, you’ll step into the role of sub-chief for a while and help me prepare this unique dish.
